What measurements do I need to take?

To ensure you order the correct cover, you must measure the outer frame of your existing cat flap — not the opening where your cat goes through.

Please measure:

1. Frame Width
   Measure the full width of the cat flap frame from the far left edge to the far right edge.

2. Frame Height
   Measure the full height of the frame from the top edge to the bottom edge.

3. Frame Depth (Front-to-Back)
   Some models (e.g., microchip or WiFi versions) require a deeper cover.
   Measure how far the frame protrudes from the door.

These measurements must match the model you select on our website.
If your cat flap model isn’t listed or your measurements differ, just send us a photo and your frame measurements — we can usually make a custom cover to fit.
