Moose 3D Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Moose 3D for your Additive Manufacturing. I understand that occasionally, situations arise where you may need to return or seek a refund for a product. My aim is to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please feel free to reach out to me (in**@mo*****.uk) for any inquiries or assistance regarding returns or refunds. Below are my main Refund terms and conditions:

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for an item – (Your item must be within transit or returned within the 30 days) Please make me aware via in**@mo*****.uk. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unaltered: The item must be unused and remain in the same condition as when you received it. Any alterations or modifications will void the return eligibility.

  • Complete Packaging: All accompanying accessories must be included in the return, and the item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit and processing.


To uphold fairness and ensure the satisfaction of all my customers, Moose 3D reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Defacement or Alteration: Products that have been defaced, altered, or damaged in any way beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Loss or Damage Due to Mishandling: Products that have been lost, damaged, or rendered unusable due to mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer.

All items must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging.

Manufacturer Faults

In the event of a product exhibiting manufacturer faults, I will gladly initiate the appropriate actions to rectify the issue. Please ensure to report this through in**@mo*****.uk – I will assess the situation & provide the correct reporting back to the manufacturer, as and when the manufacturer deems this a manufacturer fault – I will be sure to replace the unit immediately. 

Products Unsuitable for Your Business

I will not accept returns for products deemed unsuitable for your business after purchase. I encourage all customers to thoroughly assess their requirements and consult with me to ensure compatibility and suitability before making a purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, I will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for a refund. I will promptly notify you of the status of your refund once the inspection is complete. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, such as your credit card. The timeframe for receiving the credited amount typically ranges from 3 to 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
