What if the part I receive is defective, incorrect, or fails to match my STL?

If the print “substantially deviates” from the dimensions or specifications in your STL file, Moose 3D will offer a free reprint or replacement (including return shipping).

If a reprint is not possible, they will instead issue a full refund.
