Are there exceptions / parts that cannot be returned or refunded?

Yes — custom-designed parts, or parts made for specific applications or dimensions (not part of standard offerings), are considered unique. These are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless Moose 3D made an error.

Prints with thin walls below a minimal thickness (e.g. under 1 mm or 2 mm depending on the design) are printed at the customer’s risk. If they break during production or delivery, they are usually not eligible for refund or free reprint.
