Moose 3D® is primarily an online 3D printing service that dispatches completed orders using tracked Royal Mail delivery.

Local collection may be available by prior arrangement only and is offered at the discretion of Moose 3D®.

This policy explains how local collection works and what customers should expect.

Local collection is not automatically available at checkout.

If you would like to collect your order in person, you must:

• Contact Moose 3D® before or immediately after placing your order

• Wait for email confirmation that collection has been approved

• Arrange a mutually convenient collection time

Orders placed without prior collection agreement will be dispatched using the selected postal service.

Collections take place from a private residential address in the UK.

For privacy and safety reasons:

• The full address is only provided after collection is confirmed

• Unarranged visits cannot be accepted

Customers must respond to collection emails within 48 hours.

If no response is received:

• The order will be dispatched using the selected postal service

• This prevents unnecessary delays in receiving your items

For security and order accuracy:

• The person collecting must provide the order name or number

• Items should be checked at the doorstep before leaving

• Once collected, the order is considered successfully delivered

If a customer:

• Does not attend the agreed time, or

• Stops responding to emails

Moose 3D® may:

• Rearrange once, or

• Dispatch the order by post to complete fulfilment

Local collection does not change the standard Moose 3D® policies:

• Custom 3D printed items are non-refundable once printing has begun

• Approved refunds follow the official Returns & Refunds Policy

Moose 3D® is operated from a home workshop.

All collections must be:

• Respectful

• On time

• Pre-arranged

Moose 3D® reserves the right to refuse or cancel collection if safety or conduct is a concern.

Include:

• Your order number

• Preferred collection day/time

A confirmation email will be sent once arranged.
